Intake time matters, it did for us.
The time from referral to scheduling an appointment matters. It mattered for my family. After receiving a terrifying diagnosis, we were left just waiting to hear from the specialist. A whole month, of what in hindsight was the last 7 months of his life, was wrapped up in waiting on phone calls.

So, we've taken our technical and industry experience to devise a solution that will stop the waiting.
