Q: Which EMRs can Titan Intake interface with?
A: Any! Our team custom builds each integration for whatever EMR your clinic uses. We charge an upfront, one-time fee and deliver the custom integration in less than 90 days.
Q: How will this affect the current workflow of my practice?
A: Titan Intake removes the labor intensive aspects of patient intake. No more paper. No more manual typing. No more hunting for a specific referral. Plus, you get to keep your fax number and/or email inbox so referring providers don't change their behavior at all.
Q: How do you handle faxes that are not referrals?
A: Much like how your email inbox has different folders, our platform will create queue's for different types of documents. Referrals will go in one queue, scripts in another, lab images in another, and so on, helping you and your team stay organized.
Q: Can the fax back to the referring provider be customized with customer language and logo?
A: Absolutely! Titan Intake will automatically send a "Thank You" to the referring provider when a referral is received. The messaging and design of the note is completely up to you.
Q: Is there any special hardware or equipment needed to support Titan Intake?
A: Nothing other than an internet connection! Titan Intake is completely cloud-based. All you have to do is log in to the platform from any web browser. This means you can use Titan Intake in the office, at home, or on the go!
Q: Is Titan Intake HIPAA compliant?
A: Yes! We sign BAA agreements with all clinics we work with to promise proper handling of sensititive information. Specifically, all PHI is encrypted at rest and in transit. Finally, Titan Intake underwent a HIPAA audit by Foresight to ensure all internal practices are compliant.
